Registrar

The Registrar reports to the Director and has overall responsibility for leaner support at NIHSS. He/she is a member of the management committee and academic committee and supervises the Learner Support Officer (LSO).

Main roles and responsibilities:

1. Chairperson of NIHSS Selection Committee
2. Vice-chairperson of Graduation Committee
3. Communication with Ministry of Education and other partners regarding programmes on offer
4. Registration of learners
5. Database for learners
6. Statistics for learner movement (Deferment, Resignation, Drop-Out, Reinstatement)
7. Marketing of programmes/courses
8. Update of NIHSS website/social media accounts.
9. Preparation of Certificates and Transcripts
10. Preparation of annual report for learner support services
11. Preparation of annual operation plan
