Quality Assurance

1. The Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) reports to the Governing Board.
2. Main roles and responsibilities of the QAO:

1. 1. Oversight/Monitoring of academic and administrative operations
   2. QA Manual
   3. Development and review of policies, procedures and guidelines
   4. Annual Report
   5. Annual Operational Plans
   6. Internal Moderation

Note: Roles and responsibilities to be clearly delineated between the QAO and programme leader responsible for course and programme development.

   8. End of Course/Programme Evaluation
   9. Programme/Course Development and Review

Note: Roles and responsibilities to be clearly delineated with the programme coordinators and programme leader.

10. Institutional Accreditation incl. monitoring of progress/implementation of recommendations.
