“The phoenix has risen from the ashes”, these were the words of Minister Vidot to mark the re-opening of the National Institute of Health and Social Studies (NIHSS) at Hermitage.
The building has undergone great renovations, sponsored by Vijay construction company. The official ceremony took place this morning, and in attendance were the President, Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan, the Vice-President Mr. Afif, and Ministers and other officials from both government and private sectors. The students were charged by the president to make good use of the building and make the country proud.
